Hot Artichoke Dip

For an appetizer this hot artihoke dip cannot be beat!
Easy home cooked appetizer!
This is so simple that you will be able
to sit back and enjoy your company.






  • 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained

  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo

  • 1/2-1 tsp dill weed

  • garlic powder to taste
  • Process all in food processor. Scrape into pie plate. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees until bubbly. Serve with pita, bread sticks, rye, pumpernickel, or crackers. Enjoy!
